What ABV does everyone run down to on a spirit run. Still learning this modular pot setup(no bubblers). Have been running for 7 hrs now and still pulling 75ABV from 19L of 38%. Well into the tails but still highish %.

I usually stop based when the smell of the tails gets bad and the volume starts to drop off. ABV output when that happens varies depending on what the ABV of the low wines was, but probably mid to late 60's?

Still and wash type will make a difference - some washes seem to have nastier tails earlier.

Question answered. Just hit 60% and I've hit a wall haha. I'm pulling the pin. Plenty of feints for the next run. Cheers mate.
