Ok Ezi,
I didn't bother with the finer details for making this new PC as 99% has been covered before but since you learnt a new word today :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: here is how I made em.
flat frustum.jpg
Now after drawing out the frustum using the technique shown on this forum one transfers it onto some flat copper that used to be 1-1/2" pipe.
Then one anneals the copper and gently tap it around a former, now I just use a carrot wedge to get the bulk of the forming done and to get it nice and round place in some pipe and gently tap it and it soon come round. Go harder than a tap then head back to step one as you stuffed it up :laughing-rolling:
Now when the ends meet just heat em up and silver solder them

Now as one generally uses tin snips to cut out the copper it is a good idea to file the edge where it is to be soldered and if a second anneal is needed due to work hardening the copper remember to file those edges again so they are nice and clean for the soldering.
There ya go mate easy as to make so now you've learnt something new lets see ya first effort :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:
Cheers Bryan
Edit damn smart phones pay a heap of cash for one and the pic's are crap. May have get my daughter to take the next one's :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:
