My mates deserve all the credit they did all the hard bits see how keen I get wether it gets polished or not. What's the easiest way to polish it?

Theres a few ways ranging from leaving it in hot dunder to sandpaper and elbow grease.
what ever suits really ;-)

Google Sulfamic Acid Crystals.
This IS a safe, easy and cheap way to clean copper. 20gm in 500ml water.
Flux is off in 3-5 minutes with no rubbing or chipping.

Yeah when you read 1.5 inch ball valve you dont expect it to be that big! I flushed it the other day with water and it drained the whole 50L in about 15 seconds :)) Way overkill but lesson learnt for next time.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, the only thing I have found so far is a problem that JustStillin had in regards to it "huffs" but will take Punkins advice and stick some copper mesh up there and see how it goes next run. Got the first of a few DWWG brewing so waiting to see how that comes off on the next run :dance:

Real good looking still you got there. The copper mesh really does help, i don't get any huffing at all now on mine.
