F! those numbers are great!

Can we just confirm that ur using the 4" to 2" reducer cone, the neck is normal 2" ?

Also the joiner to condenser is it 3/4' or 1" ?

At those numbers saves me going to 4" pot as next build... bloody imprressed!

That pic is set up on my boiler, Pretty sure Cavey has a 2" boiler connection.

The tri clamp condenser connection is 3/4 inch :handgestures-thumbupleft:

 +1 on the comments re strip speed etc...
I was wondering what wash(s) you used to get that low wines volume?

(btw 'my' potstill has been called the aardvark and I know SBBs is the pelican) :)) what a zoo!

cheeres stilly :text-thankyoublue:
i made the boiler out of a old stainless steel wine storage tank and tig welded ferruels to it and made a thermo port out of staino fittings
and put a drain in the bottom with a staino valve for easy empting of the boiler also added the 3" fill port so no need to take still off for filling the boiler also going to add a nuther 2" ferruel to top of boiler with led light so to make it easy for viewing through the fill port /sight glass (not really needed but why not) im also working on a nutha boiler for future updates of my system prob be 175L so you can put a 150L charge into the boiler . i no its a big boiler but i dont get too much time to do stilling so when i do im gunna make it count :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Unique and odd haha, very nice looking mate. You do have a nice clean setup :). Do you think the curved colum is creating more speed of the vapor, and the bigger condensor, hence the fast stripping run?.

hey googe cheeres mate :handgestures-thumbupleft: the shotgun condencer (the hot dog ) is the work horse of this rig if can pump enough heat and water though the swan i recon it could be good for 20L hour
the swan shape of the still may give it a better flow but the shotty is definatly the go in my opinion

The swan has found a temperary new home at linnos whilst i move house will hopefully running some soured mash uj through it soon i have 180L of it to strip through the swan .Whith the new location comes a new watercooling system thanks to linnos pool i hope to drop my 350w pump in there and let it rip
crank up the 4800w of power to the boiler and hopefully get round about 15 to 20 L per hour out of on full strpping mode
