The Cobra

Pot still design and discussion

The Cobra

Postby MacStill » Sat Sep 29, 2012 10:01 pm

Built this for a lucky member today, it's by his own design that we've been mucking around with for a couple of weeks.

He wanted something that eats birds (pelicans & swans) :laughing-rolling: So I built him a deadly king cobra :D

2.5 inch rig with a 2.5 inch shotgun condenser, that will have no dramas pulling over 25L/ph in stripping mode with a BD747 or similar.

Cant wait to hear how this baby performs, I love building things that are different

Cheers, I was asking about the inside tubes of the shotgun. So has it had a run?

Gday

That there King Cobra is hopefully goin to my new pot still :D :D , however I think Mcstill has become a little attached and may not want to let it go  If I can pry it off him I have 90ltrs UJ ready to strip with Cavemans 100 ltr boiler, 2 x 2400 elements, submersible pump and overflowing swimming pool to cool it down, so we will be able to see how much venom this thing can spit out..

I believe it will cause vapor to move faster up the Colum because its vortexing it, like a twister. That's my thinking behind why I want to build similiar.

Just make sure the twist suits the cyclonic vortex for the southern hemisphere

Which way does the water spin in your toilet ?

I'd never take the piss on such serious issues :violence-stickwhack:
