Pot still design and discussion

What are the airstillers up to?

Postby Ozbrew72 » Sun Apr 28, 2013 9:32 pm

I'm still faffing about deciding on which "proper" still design to step up to.
So today I've finished off a modified DWWG and put in some oak cubes to age.
As well as started of the first Gen of a MacRum and a UJSM.
Busy day and exiting to step away from essences to genuine oak aged spirits for the first time.
So what are you other Airstillers up to?

True enough Kelby, which is probably why everyone steps up to the real deal before long.

Can't deny the crickets have been pretty loud !!
