Yeah sorry to say scrymie, your method was the worst idea 5 years ago, I’m glad you haven’t had an accident yet.
Not your fault but a good lesson to all that most things about distilling on YouTube are rubbish.
Pop up a thread in the welcome centre and tell us about your set up, then hopefully we can help you with a simple upgrade from those damn clips. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

The crazy thing is, a keg fitted up would probably cost less than that giant stainless pot
