Just in need of some advice for a spirit run of low wines on a 2400 watt element running through a pot what should I run my element on as I have never used a voltage controller before and do I run it flat out till it gets to temp then turn it down or run it on lower temp from the start

Full power for heat up then adjust it down till you get your desired flow output, my guess would about three drops a second :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Still just run on out put and abv, from what Zac taught me a pot should be run with a steady unbroken stream.
Turn down the controller till you get a broken stream then slowly dial it up till it flows unbroken.
Simple as :handgestures-thumbupleft: that's what I did when I was on the pot, wait, I mean using a pot on a 50L keg and low wines.
