If you can weld stainless old corny kegs could be adapted for storage the ones that do not hold pressure anymore and are only scrap metal.

16L/hr, are you collecting straight into a keg?

Not at this stage, into 2 L flagons and then into a keg... Easyer to track volumes etc
Till I get the hang of it :)

Type of red wine
Got 950L of it from family's vineyard,
In other news we put 150ml sample of my rum through a testing machine down there
Safe methanol level is 0.4g/L my last jar of heads before my cut was 0.013g/L or 13mg/l
So way under :)

A roll or two of copper mesh in the column may improve ya quality by removeing sulphides, and this can also reduce huffing as well.cheers hillzabilly ;-)

That should be fine, just soak in citric acid or vinagar solution ta clean at least every spirit run or so with ya shotgun, huffing ta me is pressure waves comeing thru your condencer, wich can also sound like a dog panting, exess coolant flow or too much power or a large change in pipe size can cause it from my experience.cheers hillzabilly ;-)
