Nice one bluc.

I'd recommend stuffing a little bit of copper mesh in amongst the coils of the condenser to help it knock the vapour down.

Is coil removable? Mine seems to be welded in..

I don't think it is removable, I just pushed the mesh down loosely through the top.

Ifn it is for the output tube 3/8 or 1/4 would work ,I used ta run 1/4inch output tube ,then ran it thru 1/2inch tube about 40cm long for a leiburg product cooler as the output can be quite warm.I just cut two small lengths of 1/4inch tube ,and after running the output tube thru the 1/2inch tube ,stuck one of the small 1/4 inch tubes in each end and crimped it a little befor soft soldering it up ,then add brass water fittings if ya like .cheers hillzabilly ;-)
