Sub boiler coming along nicely :music-deathmetal: finished welding all the top fitting inside and out just have to finish the sump and drain pipe as well I am putting feet on it with wheels with leveling screws just not enough time in the day haha :happy-partydance:

So just leaked tested my boiler and worked out the volume

Looks like I got 95L boiler :music-deathmetal: :happy-partydance: which is more than I thought

Got the legs all made up and tacked on to my boiler the came out better then I thought :handgestures-thumbupleft: I think I might make the adjustment screws a bit shorter don't know yet

What size and length of copper was used for the coils?

equipment: 2" copper pot still, 2" homemade LM 1500 high (black scoria packing), 4" homemade LM 1500ish high (black scoria packing), plus 4" 5 plate, 75l homemade boiler with 2x 2200w elements.

The coils where 3/8 and the cold finger was 3/4 and the outlets are 1/2 and I made two condenser out of a 18M rolls and had a bit left over

equipment: Eve - 4" x 4 plate solid state bubbler (sieve plates), 330 mm packed section on a keg boiler with 2 x 2000 W elements.
Currently having a makeover: 2" x 4 plate solid state bubbler (1" bubble caps, no sight glasses...maybe not for much longer!) on a bain-marie boiler.

I am hopping before Christmas I have everything material wise just a lot to do like I am making a little wooden table attached to the top side of the boiler for the collection

So I am making a product cooler and need help for the type?? I was thinking of making linberg with a straight peice of copper or should I try and make a big pitch long coil and put inside a S/S tube ??

I have also seen one other idea of pinching the copper tube with pliers in 20mm increments changing directions each time to help slow down the flow

Photos are to get an idea of what I am looking at

You should get a piece of 2” borosilicate tube and make a clear shotty :music-deathmetal:
