Flooding T500

Hi again guys,
There could be many reasons the T500 is flooding - any and all of which are due to my lack of understanding my " rig".
A quick rundown of my " spirit run" attempt, and photos, and I invite anyone and everyone interested to unleash :D
I fill the 30 litre boiler with 40% " low wines " for previous stripping runs.
Switch on both elements ( 2 x 1100 watts )
Just under 1 hour later dribbles start ( earlier than expected )
I turn on the water pump - full.
The alchol comes out eradically - and after a while floods.
I turn of the boiler, for a short time, then have another go.
Same thing happens.
I turn it of, then notice the built up liquid, pouring back down through the column into the boiler ( I can see it through the inpection glass at the bottom )
Then I spit the dummy.
Cant say I was not expecting it though ?
see attached photos of setup and packing.
The s/s mesh screen sits between the sight glass and 500 riser, to stop the 3 x copper mesh rolls falling down.
My own guess is that there is too much packing ?
The s/s screen is not helping ?
Perhaps I drop the power ?
Kind Regards,
G&T

Get rid of the s/s screen. Use stainless or copper wire to hold the mesh in place.

Punch a bunch of big holes in the screen, its stopping the distillate from dropping back down.
