Cavemans 3" bok

Postby MacStill » Fri Jul 27, 2012 12:58 pm

Doing a low wines run borrowing Cavey's bok I built a while back, poor bugger due to work commitments hasnt been able to run it yet :snooty:

Anyway I thought I'd give it test run (it's had cleaning runs done) and keep some notes for him on how it performs, and also share the results with him tonight at my joint for a piss up. :))

Here tis heating up, got 4400w going through two separate circuits

Is this the T-in-a-plate type, like MR-E's charity auction build?

I'd be interested in your opinion about any differences between this design and the Double Reducer Bok.

I'm guessing the T-in-a-plate is cheaper to build. What about performance? Any differences?

Cheers.

Depends on the driver, McStill's also got plenty of heat & control with his flash controller.

McStill, to avoid flooding I used a 1" tee on my 3" build, what size is your throat section on this build. :?:

This one has a 1.5" opening on the internal reducer, it's not a standard bok but I'll bet it's been :obscene-tolietpush: thought :obscene-tolietpush: of before :teasing-tease:
