First Run On A Reflux-VM

I was pretty happy with my cuts, but even the hearts seemed to have a real bitter and sour taste to it. It is not burny at all, just very sour and not very pleasant. Hard to describe.

Okay, I decided to check my alcometer out on some commercial spirits, and who'd a thunk it, its out by 5% or 10 proof. It shows Jim Beam being 32% haha.

So I guess I really have been able to get my run to the magic 95%-96%. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
