Format of posts, how to insert a table?

I have some tasting notes to contribute, in the form of a spreadsheet. To make it fit on the forum comment box, how may I insert this, keeping columns formatted including word-wrapping as I am not going to type it all out again manually.

you could probably try printing your table,scanning the copy back onto your computer,then click the "add image to post",browse your images then upload to the post. the same as you would do a photo.
i have done a photo and im assuming the principle is the same-- :D

Yeah that's prolly the easiest way, or upload it as a pdf file.

bit late but anyway,

you could just hit the print screen button on your keyboard and do it through paint or you might just be able to paste straight into post box.

Thanks for replies. Problem solved. Method I used was to take a PDF converter, (PDF Tiger, free on APC magazine) and convert the spreadsheet to a JPEG then upload to photobucket and insert into the post the same as any other pic. ALT printscreen is no good if the pic is bigger than the screen.
