The End!

Postby MacStill » Fri May 20, 2011 10:16 am

I'm finding it pretty hard to get motivated today, apparently we'll all be dead tomorrow when the world comes to an end.

You're finding it hard?

I haven't been off the shithouse for over an hour since midnight.

actually, we've got another 5 months before the end. Story goes that tomorrow all the good boys and girls will meet their maker, but the rest of us will be tormented by zombies until 21 October. THEN the world will end. Maybe we can befriend our new zombie overlords with free booze?

You don't know the half of it.

I'm starting to worry i'm allergic to beer <insert running screaming emoticon here>

Had half a stubbie tonight and got instant stomach cramps just like i've had for three days.

I tried to drink my way through it the last two, but 14 hours on the shithouse has convinced me that was a bad idea.

Somebody please advise...the beer gods have turned on me.

5Star

Could be yeast or barley intolerance (not as bad as allergy)

or Pancreatitis (look it up on wikipedia)

Thanks mate, looks to me like it may be the pancreas thing. I'm uncontrolled diabetic and my mum has pancreatitis :(

5Star your hitting the home brew hard ?

i had a home brew mate that had to give it up as the doc told him he had the yeast (from home brewing) intolerance... think he went to Bourbon / scotch

and he stopped eating bread for a while...

Hey 5Star
worst (other than aforementioned health probs) is that you're getting a gluten intolerance (AKA coeliac). Best is you were a bit lazy with the cleaning re that particulalr brew and its come back to bite ya. So....give everything (includin your innards) a good scrub and try again, (BUT slowly at first and f#ck mass produced beer altogether). If it gives you the sh#ts again, well my dad is a coeliac and he swapped full strength beer and whisky for low strength beer and rum VERY successfully. (just a thought BTW ;), I'm no medical expert )

Re end of the world...well who sells the tickets and how much do they cost anyway?l
