For starters this evening it's Fat Yak Pale Ale that I'm finding rather complimentary to my palate :text-lol:

I have Operation Mongoose Brown Ale, Dr smurto's Golden, A light apa, and will be kegging 2 kegs of Bullshead Saison tommorow. I also need to find 4 kegs next week sometime to keg my New Age Aussie Wheat. :roll:

I have 11 kegs and it's definately not enough.

Totalled up my brews for a question on the beer forum.

I've been allgrain brewing since June, so only a six month snapshot, but have brewed 1024 shengs of beer since then :o :o

It's only 5.6 litres a day really, 15 schooners

Hi all,just had a crack at a bourbon.Pretty partial to a Jim Beam Small Batch.Just about got it nailed I recon...400ml UJSM @ 65% 4 months aging on oak,100ml Hanwoods Tawny Port and 200ml spring water to top up bottle....Leave in fridge for a couple of days then inhale.....I don't know what the fridge does to it but tastes fkn fantastic....didn't taste as good when I first done it the other day,but now it's delish lol

Was drinking Chimay last night, a 9% belgium brown ale.

A mate shouted me a few bottles ($20 for a big bot :o ) and they went down a fuking treat.
