Had some friends over for lunch and one is a dedicated Bundy Rum drinker. They tasted my Rum, which was from my first pot still run, and only aged on oak for 1 week. Feedback was smooth and easy drinking, but had a bit of a ginger beer taste about it? ~x( I'm not much of a Bundy drinker and making this for my 22 yr old son, but though it tasted spicey?

Mate it is beautiful, soft as a babys bum and smooth as. Managed to have about 4 shots before I realised my sinuses were clear for the first time in a week...so lets add medicinal to the list... Well done mate. Commercial quality for sure.
