No mate I'm in a mine camp where mid strength is all they sell, anything full strength you get caught here with gets you a window seat :naughty: :naughty:

Right, well if I worked in a mining camp I'd drink anything as well. I drank JJ in Papua and that was just fermented pineapple juice :puke-huge:

I would rather drink water than midstrength.

If i go to sport where that's all you can get i drink soft drink.

in the beer department i am finding just about any store bought beer a waste of time... apart from top end craftbrews ...

things like Han super dry etc (my BILaw drinks it) and some James squire 50 lashes PA tasted like water..

my beers just now taste so fresh, and my DSPA just has such a hop citrus style punch it makes it hard to enjoy a standard commercial brew.

i would be dropping some stones ginger wine in that mid strength just to ad some taste :(

I seen some rum & cola cans in the fridge at the wet mess and thought "FUCK YEAH" 1st time I ever got excited about bundy rum, $6 a can so got two and took em back to my room.

A couple hours later after drinking mid strength beer I eagerly pulled a black tin out of my fridge, then my whole world came crashing down........ it's fucking mid strength too :angry-banghead: WTF??? :violin: :snooty: :snooty:

Mid strength rum n cola, you gotta be fuckin kidding me right.

Hmmmm.. . having been exposed to such heat and that 'beer' :? in the past, IMHO I believe with a minimal effort you could actually find out that there is MANY 'somethings' better :laughing-rolling:

+1 on the invention (and lack of alternatives at most venues) re mid strength ANYbloodyTHING.

PS (& on thread), I'm drinking departed guest leftovers which are Glenlivet Single Malt Scotch and Endeavour Dark Ale (in separate glasses, of course). Whisky is fair/good, the handcrafted ale is VERY ok, I reckon.

A 'few' :laughing-rolling: K&K Coopers Heritage Lagers, with a (approx) 'double' of 16yo Lagavulin Single Malt Whisky and (more related to home distilling at least) I've got a 7 month old, essence-based, "faux Drambuie" ( :!: ) bottle here for the ride too........

 the wife is away, its too wet to care here, un-listened-to music torrents by the truckload.......  .
