Was about 3 years ago now, maybe a bit less....... now I only use filtered water for diluting my rum to 45% :))

TPW derived neutal mixed with 3 different HBS essences to make it palatable.

Spiced rum.

Made some up last weekend and have been sampling most nights to "see how it is going". Starting to realise that the bottle might be empty before it is deemed ready to drink. Might have to top it up with fresh rum each time I steal some.
