I'm not waiting that long to use it, already sniffed out a possible supply of fruit from a wholesaler that turns their seconds into pig feed :D

Spewing with jealousy! Alright I have an orchard contact now too. We paid $100 for 400kgs of apples. Ever seen 400kilos of the bastards in one place? I'd love 400k of plumbs though. Mmm!

At $5 a litre for sherry you could do a cheap fast brandy run...what's brandy? 14% or more ? That's a cheap run to push that through a bubbler. Reckon that would be a nice drop aged on oak.

Seems as though there is a glassware sale After i saw the above listing i thought i would check melbourne local and found a bloke in kensington with 2 ltr for $1 . Went and had a look He had 54 of them and the condition was good just covered in dust been in the cellar for years ,Then he told me he had a few 1 gallons flagons as well turns out he had 11 and I said great I will take the lot then he showed me a demijohn about 12 Ltr and then a bigger one not shure of volume but it would be at least 40 Ltr. So after a bit of chitchat got the lot for $80- . that just over 200 ltrs of storage . :D
