Re: What's everyone drinking? Everything I can...

Postby Doubleuj » Sun Sep 03, 2017 8:26 pm

Went to our nieces wedding in malany yesterday, stayed up to 4am drinking with one of the nephews. My Father's Day present from my wife was breaky in bed and then she drove the whole way back to rocky letting me stop off at any pub to have a few beers along the way. Damn good wife I've got I must say.
Now I'm tucking into a few whiskeys and dry before bed :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Some amazing dark beers from the states for me today. Washed down with fig infused vodka and lemonade. Just about ready for bed.

Lemincello that I made in May, came out a little sweet but it tastes really good with soda water. It will be a very refreshing drink in summer with lots of ice. I will have to make some more in the next few weeks as dad's lemon tree still has lemons on it :).

Well to say the arms are aching after wrestling with 1/2 " copper all day now off to the shed to get some of the ouzo I made a while ago and have it with coke just to keep SWMBO happy :romance-kisscheek: Anyway in pub drinking alone yet again and with abc saying it's a very submissive day in SA today it's like everyone lost a family member and still in shock that their beloved team forgot how to play footy. :)) :)) :))

The bloody kids knocked off my coke so I had to mix my spiced rum with lemonade. Actually doesn't taste too bad at all, albeit a bit sweet though.
