I have been thinking about your situation a lot over the past couple of days, :law-policered: stalker alert! :law-policered:

Anyway, all jokes aside, I think that is seriously the next step you should take. You have done two or three now and have stuck to the rules as far as I can tell so there has to be another variable that is out of your control.

Only thing that has stuck out to me is sparge temp and speed. But enzymes are worth a try also..

100ltr of Mac's lemon vodka. First time I've tryed this one so looking forward to it :handgestures-thumbupleft: I got a couple of buckets of lemons given too me so I peeled the rind for Lemoncello (got 4ltrs of that sitting the now) then peeled the pith off for this wash. I can tell ya there's a whole lotta lemons in a 20ltr bucket (-|

Decided to get some CFW going as it has been awhile since I done one :angry-banghead: Anyway first thing off to the IGA for some CFW shopping. So 11 2kg's bags of sugar, 2 off 725g box's of corn flakes, a small bow of weetbix and a new tub of lowans baking yeast. The total cost $38 :happy-partydance: so not bad pricing for 120 litres of CFW. :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: That extra bag is for doing a apple cider brew and as I'm working across the road on Monday may aswell just pop over the road to the HBS and get my goodies. :happy-partydance: .

Now for the tale of 2 ferments, did the exact same ingredients on both fermenters and on checking the sg with my refractrometer on the first one 1060 so with the temp right on 30C put close to 1/2 a lowans yeast container and gave it a good stir. Now for the second the sg came in at 1067  so got the ph meter out and found the first one 4.5 and the second one 5.4 :scared-eek: . Anyway sealed the lid on both and with the warmer weather hopefully these will ferment a tad quicker.

With this generation I'm starting I will have enough for 3 strip runs then do a 40% low wines spririt run using 4 plates for the final product.

This will be my next neutral! Always wanted to find it but was never able to find the necessary Kale! Last time I tried, I sourced it from the local veggie club - to grow myself!! :angry-banghead: :violin: Have since seen it in Coles...

My next to try too, I only just noticed that you only need 50g of it for a wash, this should make it equal or better cost wise than tomato past lols Oh yeah and the taste

Have you worked out what you are doing equipment wise regards to making neutral/Gin Bluc?

Put down a kit and bit beer brew yesterday as the keg ran dry the night before :handgestures-thumbdown:

- Country brewer pale ale
- Light Extract
- 150g steeped crystal
- 150g steeped wheat
- 25g Enigma (inf)

Done this one a couple of times before and its definitely a nice drink. Will chuck another 25g of Enigma and 25g of Citra in a day before I cold crash it... yum! Now have to get through a couple of weeks of backlog bottles! :-D
