Does the sticker come off at all? Is it just the sticky crap left behind or the whole thing?

If its the sticky stuff try this stuff

If it's the whole thing maybe a heat gun or hair dryer?

I would say that heat and scraping would probably do it, but you would risk breaking the bottle.
Do you have a hot air gun?

im almost 100% its printed onto the bottle mate, some sort of ink? very slighty raised lettering to the touch,
The paper label on the bottom of the front came off as youd expect from soaking

Just be really careful not to get it inside the bottle or even anywhere near the top.

A wire wheel.

I just cleaned some bottles with this “painted” finish using the wire wheel on my bench grinder.
It sounds severe but it took the paint off instantly and left zero marks on the bottle.

Maybe a wire wheel on an angle grinder, maybe a wire wheel in a drill.
Give it a go.

Wear a face shield while wire wheeling those glass bottles :law-policered:

They could be printed with ACL (applied ceramic label) like the old Coke bottles. This means the ceramic is heat fused to the surface and it cannot come off. The contents will still taste the same.

It could be etched into the bottle, in that case you will never get it off.
