Gave up after about 10 minutes, but looks interesting.

Only watched the first couple of minutes, does he go into how efficient it was?

75% I think it was..

Well the first run puked pretty bad and so did the second and third run close to end of the runs, the spirit run ran fine and he ended with just 50ml of 64%, now as he said he wasn't much of a drinker and as there was some heads and tails in the final run it did taste just like a bottle of store bought vodka.

Yea at first he said 83% efficient but then did another run with just the enzyme and found the enzyme contributed 8% to the final product which got the efficiency down to 75%.

Converting Celluse to glucose using an acid to break down the structure the cellulase enzyme to convert it to glucose which is then fermented...be similar flavour to dextrose I think.

There fixed it for you Bluc, he did say he didn't want any acid in touch as that would make it undrinkable, now he did wash out the base over a dozen times to ensure it was all gone before adding the enzyme.

Thing from this I liked the most was the buffering solution mixture of an alkaline and an acid to hold the ferment at desired ph. Going to look into that..

Is this for drinking or making fuel alcohol seems to be very industrial.

Apparently it's being investigated whether bagasse (solid waste from sugar cane or sorghum milling) can be used to make ethanol by this process. Ethanol as a fuel though.

Anything can be done. Depends on the cost of producing the enzymes required.

If could make Glucose from cellulose at a low cost and be fit to eat would think that the Glucose could be added back to distillers grain to make animal food because the brewing process is taking out the sugar.

Why add glucose to distillers grain? Higher yield? They feed spent grain to stock with glocose depleted but think its just for fibre roughage..
Sorry my badd add glocose to spent grain for animal feed....(not real smart but can lift heavy things)

Wet Distillers Grains (WDG) contain primarily unfermented grain residues (protein, fibre, fat and up to 70% moisture).

Technically you could reuse the enzymes, unless you denature them! They act as a catalyst and aren't, therefore, use up....
