if you have an old air pump like used in a fish tank, run it through a air stone submerged in the water for a couple of hours it will de chlorinate the water.

Bottled spring water is not usually chlorinated because of the taste. Most commonly they use ozone and bottle it like this and the ozone disperses after a day. Some just sterile filter the stuff with 0.2 micron filters. A few use other disinfectants like silver but this is uncommon.

Is there a brew shop or other seller of filtered water that may be better then bottled water as some is worse then tap water or is tap water.

You can get free RO water from KegLand when you pick up your items is you are based in Melbourne.

I know that doesn't help this question but a good to know for others

Became good friends with the owner of a local brewery, pub here (unfortunately, because I spend way too much time there). He has 22K gallons of RO at any given time. I just bring in clean jugs and get a free fill. So, all you have to do is spend every weekend and all of your wife’s money at the local and you get free water.... x_x
