Postby moonmouse » Mon Aug 10, 2020 9:02 pm

Hi all been a while... I have a 60ltr second generation molasses rum wash that’s been sitting for two years...I cracked it Open and had a whiff whilst moving it recently. Smells bloody good! Blooody good!!! Still be ok to run and what’s my chances of kicking it back off again? Any issues with running such and old wash?? Cheers :-B :))

If it smells good I say go for it :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I would also say if your going to keep doing the generations I would make sure you nuke it with the hot dunder to kill any infection/bugs that may have formed and pitch new yeast.
