How to clean copper mesh?

Postby kingy » Wed Sep 07, 2022 6:51 pm

I've tried 1,2 and even 3 teaspoons a litre with citric acid to clean my copper mesh and still has silvery shit on it and is quite dark overall.
What are other people using and how much. Thx

I dump half of one of these into about 5L hot water , just enough to cover all my copper bits and jiggle the bucket.
A few hours later everything’s clean .
Plates need to be dismantled
