4" copper tube

Postby Gas on » Fri Jun 01, 2012 7:42 pm

G'day,

Just wondering what a reasonable offer would be for a new but dusty 6m length of 4" copper tube?
Got taking with a fella earlier that said he had a length + a bit extra of it hanging in his shed that he might sell for the right money,
i dont even know what its worth to buy over the counter yet but quessing that prices over the counter varies a fair bit from store to store.

I have seen olddogs flute & keep looking at the bubblers that Mac makes,  very nice.
So think i neeeeeeeed to try make one myself. Addicted now

Any idea what its worth? What should i offer him?

Cheers

$600 odd per length retail for B grade.
Over a grand for A grade.

You'll tell the difference, A grade is twice the weight.

That's a retailprice, base your offer on that.
