I had 130kph wind here this morning, my place is holding up but plenty others haven't. I hope other Hunter people are okay.

No power, but neither have about 30,000 others.

This system is moving south and Sydney will be hit by it later today, so be prepared, this wind is as bad as the Pasha Bulker storm but without the torrential rain.

Serious damage in Medowie, my place got off scott-free but neighbors have some serious damage. Power lines down all over my street.

Crazy storms in NSW damn, houses floating down roads that's insane stuff,

It has already claimed 3 lives, and the flooding is going to get worse.

Been the craziest weather I've ever seen my oldies house flooded my backyard flooded and I was stuck in maitland when 247mm of rain fell in 1 hr. We only just got water back supply has been out since yesterday.
