Including double checking the abv of the spirit and dilution ratios so that it will be a simple pour it in turn it on and wait for the first drop and then adjust the voltage to get the correct flow rate.
I have a few 1 litre bottles for the first litre, fore’s already taken, and then the very end of the tails.
I have 48 stubbies to cover the bit after the first litre and will be taking 300 ml cuts. With 40 litres of 40% low wines I am expecting 22 litres and at 2 litres an hour that will take me 11 hours.
Lots of theory at this stage so will be pleased to get a real run under my belt. I guess the first rule is don’t panic close
