Ah the rewards of patience...

A 2 year old Irish....

Good mouth feel, softer than a Tullimore Dew, Has no back of palate bite, Soft at 40%abv on front of tongue, has a cooling refreshing feel on first taste...really really enjoying this it's been worth the wait.

I'm really glad I've 3 x 20lt kegs ageing various ages of this wash type. Never overlook the humble potato :handgestures-thumbupleft:

A happy to be sure, to be sure, to be sure

Had a few tastes of my spiced rum last night... Now it's all gone!

This hobby never ceases to amaze me. Absolutely brilliant stuff. I'm not a rum drinker, but this shit is the cats pyjamas.

When I first started in this hobby I had my doubts about that part of the deal. Its a good feeling when you can get up after a big night without a hang over that's for sure.
6 month old UJ for me tonight, hopefully hangover free :D

Sipping on a blend of my triple distill with the UJSM, only made 2 bottles out and the first one got drunk on bottling day with no hangover, now also thinking about my next still build as my missus wants the pot still for doing her herbs.
