Good fight, unfortunately a draw. I couldn't pick a winner either, so probably right decision.

My own neutral.
Since visiting http://www.canefire.net/KRCcanefiredark.htm and coming to the conclusion that mine is better than theirs I enjoy it even more.

Kimberley Rum Company takes this sugar and brews it with high quality yeasts. A good brew takes time and Canefire is brewed longer that any other spirit.

I dont think so .... Cough turbo yeast cough 5 day ferment .
That whole page is complete lies

Oh and back on topic , I'm drinking my corona clone

Maybe Kimbo?
just not-from-me ..here..now...
but, as per thread topic,
I've just 'done' the in-laws XMAS party (as we've started early this year ;))
and courtesy of Santa I'm drinking a 'number' of Healevilles Brewery 'White Rabbit' Dark Ales (open ferment) with an occasional (double, on ice only) Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky. :D ....
Didn't make any of it but WGAF :teasing-neener:

So...before I go to bed and then 'away' for a bit,
from ME to all of you fine, friendly, fun folk (you know who you are)
:text-merryxmas: AND :text-thankyoublue: very much

Well I bought a couple of bottles of rum to compare how mine is shaping up, I got a bottle of Coruba and another of Havana club.

The coruba rum tastes like a dunder pit :puke-huge: but the HC is quite nice... overall I reckon mine is much like the HC just a little more fruity and bold but I'm extremely happy with how mines going

Sampling my first batch of bubbler rum.....this stuff was oaked on the 26th of Oct so is still fairly young. Its been sitting with approximatly on very dark toasted stick per Litre. If what it tastes like now is an indication of things to come Im gunna be very happy. Cant wait to experiment a bit more with older generations and different rum washes and differnt mixes of low wines and straight wash. This stuff pisses on anything I ever made from essences.

Todays experiment:
Drank one large glass of UJSM and coke with lots of ice, then mixed same glass full of Jim Beam and coke with ice ( remains of bottle of JB left by a visitor) ....took a sip and nearly spat it on the floor
Begining to see what all those posts on differnt forums that state " I like mine better" mean.
