Got to thinking about that chilli vodka I put on oak several months ago so used a simple wine theif ( a short section of 1/2" pipe :)) ) and man what a difference the oak has made. No heat and the taste of the chilli has diminished leaving smooth tasting drop that just glides down the gullet. :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

Got got a stock of ice cubes in the freezer and a couple of corn cobs in a bucket of water so after a bbq lunch of T-bone steak and bbq'd corn set for a sweet tasting day of Chili Brandy. :happy-partydance: :happy-partydance: :happy-partydance:

Well the yard arm arrived here with me deciding go grab a slab of 150 lash's to get my bottle count up for the next apple cider run. The chilli brandy will come later when I'm forced to watch that bloody wedding when the family comes home.

Anyway Monday I'm off for a minesite medical and due to start on a 7 day roster on Tuesday night. The best part is the minesite is a 5 minute drive from home. :laughing-rolling:

May as well have a big one today and tomorrow go cut some firewood to sweat out the beer.

Anyway got the chat window up as I'm listening to North kick the GWS butt :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling: :laughing-rolling:

Good luck with the medical man, sorry to hear about you having to watch the wedding its enough to drive a man to drink.
I don't have to sit through the agony as my better half will be at work most of the night.

3 year old bwko on the rocks. Smooth as but a touch oaky, might need a small top up of fresh bwko :handgestures-thumbupleft:
