Austral Herbs is the go to place for botanicals mate. They do have a $50 minimum order though.

Oh sweet, I did just order a 1kg pack of juniper berries off flea bay for $30. But I'll have a look at them for some other more exotic stuff.

Decanted some 12 month old CFW last week and every dram thru the week is tasting bery nice 8-} so after working today sipping on some of the CFW with coke.

Had a glass of 10mth old "wheated bourbon" last night (basically CFW with Nurses Corn Flour added) that is still on oak.

Gotta say at 40 % this is smoother than 15 mth CFW - using same amt of oak for long term aging.

For a supermarket ingredient brew (that I'm a big fan of) - it's pretty darn good :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Did the cuts for my first ever rum spirit run today. Ended up with 8 and a bit litres at 62% I put the 8 litres on oak and kept the leftover bit to try tonight. Very nice I must say, even unoaked an young its still better than stuff I have paid $35+ dollars for.
