Lime Vodka
Still drinking lime vodkas in a tall glass with lots of ice, squeeze of lime and lots of water.
Cool refreshing and just right on a Sunday afternoon looking down the valley from my place.
Life just doesn't get any better.

I've promised myself not to keep looking back but to look forward...

Had a Macwhisky that I didn't rate at the start that has been on oak for a while in a small barrel (don't use small barrells (predominately scotch drinker)) but it is growing on me :D

Thought I would have a "comparison" with a bourbon, ah good old Jim Beam bottle (that had been left here), well bugger me, Jim Beam tastes like dirt in a mixer :puke-huge: the Macwhisky I have bottled to drink is HEAPS better than fucking beam.... can't wait to bottle some of the gear that has been oaked at the right rate in jars.. :D

2 year old essence bourbon.

Found a couple of bottles at the back of the laundry cupboard with an oak stick in each.

It has improved with aging but the BWKO I made last year is much better. Pity it has already evaporated and this summers batch is still young.
