Well, you certainly now how to drink in style McStill!! 8-) Shame about the dancing banana :lol:

I'm having 'a couple' :liar: of homebrewed Muntons IPA Bitters (beer that is - 7 months old) with charred oak, double distilled (I have an Airstill afterall) peated, whisky 'chasers' (April bottling).

Even the simplest things can give you much pleasure, if your happy with the product you make under your limited stilling capacity then it's all good in my opinion :dance:

McStill, this last batch is a top drop. Even your'e Mum thinks it is great because I have picked up the guitar and have just sung her "i will love you all my life". Mum is even pouring them for me now . Keep up the great work. :roll:

So I thought I'd try some of the rum I spiced recently, it's ok just but not really to my liking.... but it's raining too hard to go to the shed to get some good stuff :crying-blue:

Heads ok,guts is a bit ordinary,too many twiggy sticks and cheese yesterday lol.Busy day planned 200l molasses wash and 120l of 3rd gen whiskey wash to put through.Best go and drop the 'kids' off at the pool before I get started :text-lol:

Easily fixed McStill
get your clock (the one where MrsMac mostly looks) and change ALL the clockface numbers to '5'. I did here years ago and its worked for me ever since :laughing-rolling:

EDIT: hide the digital clocks as well ;)
