i had a near flat beer from the keg fridge before.... sorting out the Co2 carbing up of the beer is proving fun... :angry-banghead:

nice and cold and tastes good, just needs a bit more fizz and head, a bit of head always makes me fizz ;)

think i will go get a whiskey and dry to get over the drama of kegging

any one else watching American pickers on 7mate ?
they gotta find some stills sooner or later...
some of those sheds they look in look like mine does on occasion (or it would look like 24/7 if i was single)

Doing a round of sampling. So far found 2 batches that are yum. One was a stripped run, no spirit run molasses wash aged on am oak with some essence added for about a month. Tastes pretty good actually.

I've been on some of my vintage ale clone and this shit rocks the more it ages, and it will be the only kit I will use again :D

That Smutos is a staple and has a dedicated tap here now.
Yesti saw me start on a rye version of smurtos, then a nice dry hopped dark brown ale called Operation Mongoose, before finishing on Smuto's golden when the baked ham dinner was served. Woke up on the lounge alone at 10:30pm :laughing-rolling:
