Thought I would share this, We released our carter head gin last christmas. The response has been overwhelming. As one of the first adopters of Mac's Carter head I thought I would share this review. For those who have never tasted a Carter head gin, it is as light as an anoerexic's fart yet is full of flavour, a real treat. Any way thanks Mac the gin head works, and works well.

I can confirm The Doctor's gin is easily one of the best I've ever tasted
After tasting another locally produced gin (2 days before I visited Doc), which was very oily to the point of unpleasantly lingering around in the mouth, Doc's gin was light, crisp and very refreshing
Really hoping to get back over that way soon and grab a couple of bottles :D (and some more of that delicious whiskey!)

I've just spent a small fortune in the last couple of days online buying "exotic" gin, Doc I've got you down for my next lot of purchases in a fortnight :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the realisation of it all actually, such a great review, and our FSD brand planting it's roots in 3 commercial distilleries now that have a focus towards vodkas & gin.
Your feedback, the positive reviews, hard to earn acceptance, trust & respect from the commercial world of distillers in this country is truly mind blowing for us.... and anything more I say right now is going to start sounding like a Whisky backstory :laughing-rolling:

Amen to that! Us poor little amateurs just love to see what the pros can do with our "hobby".
Of course, sticking with the FSD brand almost guarantees success.
Keep us posted on performance. Those of us who are just playing with this "hobby" will be most grateful for a pro's views on hardware development.
