Haven't done my cuts yet. Threw in a couple of failed absinthes to recover the ethanol. Ended up with 70 litres in the boiler at approx 35%. Damned run went on forever! Collected 72 300ml cut jars @ 95% before the bottom plate started to show signs of some of the absinthe oils having made their way up the column and had to switch off. Will hopefully get to do my cuts tomorrow.

Cheers,
Prof. Green.

Assume you collect around 2-3 litres per hour ,similar to mine - that’s a long time .i did 23 litres and it took 5 hours all up.
