Cheers mate.
Heated the wash in another tank I got and had the drill and mixer going. Must of taken at least 45 min off my heat up time. Little messy, spilt some wash on the boiler and was to hot to clean!

1. 18L alcoholic ginger beer + 30L all molly rum + 2L coconut water - what an awesome run it was, the flavours and smells coming over, wow.

2. My angel yeast sweet feed AG - i have another 2 to do tomorrow before i start playing with it. This has potential.

Stripping run of my rye variation BWKO. Too hot for spirit runs so will just get some low wines for when the weather cools

Hi Wellsy
Going to give BWKO a crack soon. What’s your rye variant? Do you substitute one or the other grains for rye?
