Bluc, that there's a nice, significant picture.

Yesterday i run some really fine bourbon style whisky. About 10.2 %wash. Made a gallon, more ore less after cuts, and over that in feints. Right to the fresh charred oak it went. Got higher'n a kite on the white dog doin' them cuts. So, all in all, a fine day. :handgestures-thumbupleft:

AG sugarhead whiskey. Added in a bit of Rye bread to this one, cant wait to see what it does flavour wise. Coming off at 90% when temp corrected. :happy-partydance:

1st run of 2019 - Rum, of course.
Stripping 90L of wash now. Then over the next few days 3 more 90L strips and then one big spirit run. I might even go back to running in pot still mode with the view to age 2 - 4+ years.

Hey bluc low wines at 40 plus minus a percent. The pic is right at the start of the run. Got about 500mls at 86% then it dropped to 83 pretty quick. On jar 14 atm sitting on 81%. My day is totally free today so ran through the Fores/Heads super slow. Pretty decent seperation of cuts atm. Loving the taste of this fresh off the still, a little spice but also sweet.
Just not too sure how I will blend back together. Will have fun trying :obscene-drinkingdrunk:

Just finished a 12 hour spirit rum run with 5L of heads and tails from last summers final rum run. and 45L of 2019 stripped product.
I'm going to have to upgrade to a 6 inch still to speed things up. On the plus side I have 50% of my 12 month rum needs that is airing out. I love this hobby.
