Did a run of some old CFW that's been sitting around for a few months and restarted my journey to all grain. Managed to just hit sg of 1.05, need to work on my grind sizes.

I've bought a decent mill, now I need a decent drill (or motor) to power it!

Haha yeah, its taking so long, and i went on holiday overseas for a month and forgot where i was at. Got a power controller coming so I'll slow spirit run after this strip than have the mandatory 8 week minimum wait apparently.

Stripping all mollases rum. Interestingly this wash has been sitting for 3 months while I've been in the northern territory..my yield is through the roof! Might have something to say about ferment completion?

never done an all molasses, but that seems low.
i strip 35ltr washes down to 15-20% and get 8ltrs a run. Could be because i use half sugar though

Not really a run, but trying to get my malt barley to dry. After a bit of stuffing around, got my drier of sorts going.
