Instead of turning her off and going up to the house I decided to snap one off into an empty beer carton.
I dumped about 300mm of fore’s on it and set it alight to get rid of the evidence.
The smell of the smoke was atrocious it filled up the whole carpark area, the shed and apparently it could be smelled up at the house. The missus had to shut all the windows.
All the ash has blown away, now I have a burnt patch of grass with a fossilised nard.

You could get away with burning the cardboard but not the crap on it best to tip in a container with some water and flush when no one is looking.

If it makes you feel any better I bought 3 once, put all of them in 3 different washes, turned them on to hear 3 pops. All 3 had come unstuck from the side and floated to the surface and overheated and popped. 3 heaters and 3 washes wasted :angry-banghead: I now weigh them down with stainless hose clamps :handgestures-thumbupleft:

So, F$@k-up for the day - putting the power on the bottom element, going for a single element heat up and expecting it to take a long time, WITHOUT checking that the power lead is turned on! :angry-banghead:

So I've been sitting here waiting!

Aaaarrrrggggghhhhh I'm somewhat emotional right now! :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead: :angry-banghead:

At least I managed to start of with the drain closed this time!
