OK, the results are in.
Firstly let me apologise to everyone who has been waiting for this post. I had some unrelated issues that took priority and had some time to run her up last night so here are the juicy run specs;
18°C Boiler charge of 35% wheat vodka low wines
18°C Cooling water temp - 1000lt
20°C Ambient, in shed, no breeze
2 x 2400W elements, one through controller for operation, 1 off
I'll leave out boil up time, fores etc etc and assume this information to be irrelevant
Boka specs - 0.9m copper packing
Shot glass on the vent to monitor overpowering

7000 LPH pump to 4 way manifold - one relief open, 2.5m head, approximately 2000 LPH makes it to the condenser
At 1.5 LPH take off the rig was pulling 94% @ 23°C = 93.4% actual with the voltage controller on 125

At 0.5 LPH the rig was pulling 95% ABV @ 20°C = 95% actual with controller at 140

With 1200mm of packing this rig could pull aezotrope at 1.0 LPH at a touch over 125 on the controller, it is a very capable rig and when ran right very little adjustments are needed for a consistent run.
I overpowered the rig to see how much it could handle but it didn't like going much over 150V.
All in all it was a good run and the rig had no issues, for someone wanting a rig to make neutral these are a perfect to get you going :handgestures-thumbupleft:
If I get some time I will add another 500mm packed section and see what she can pull at 1400mm packing
