I'm getting itchy fingers and keep straying back to the idea of getting a pure distilling rig just to get my feet wet...

Got me one of these now, once I've run it I will post up some info on how I go. Also going to do a bit of a running tally on how long it takes to pay for itself which will be interesting I'm sure.

Now I just gotta wait for a ferment to be done...

My whole set up was about 600$ (keg, burner, dodgie boka, 60l fermenter, 3 demis, plus essences and oak) paid for itself in 3 runs :handgestures-thumbupleft:

I think the packed section on the Mac Boka is 600mm
