Good luck getting it into Oz, price is $US, then shipping would be a killer

Agree with Stig, add 25% for conversion and allow a small fortune for freight, the US postage charges are very hefty... makes a lot of their stuff quite un affordable.
The are some reasonable yeasts available here, are u chasing a specific strain or an allrounder.?
Lalvin make a few good ones...

Looks interesting  Good to see a wide range of yeast aimed at home distilling, and pretty cheap if your state side. :crying-blue:
I did a quick search on HD but doesn't seem like any bodies talking about it yet. Be good to know if it's a good product, or just a good web site, in case it make it over here one day.

Don't know about white star but if you are after a yeast other than bakers yeast Ive been using distilamax RM 493 EDV from Lallemand for rum. It has a totally different flavour than bakers and probably a little bigger hearts as well. Im liking the taste but will have to wait 12 months to really tell. so far I'm happy. :handgestures-thumbupleft:
