holy mother of ripoff, can't get over the price of peated malt down there.
Have you considered smoking your own malt or would that be less cost efficient?

May I say we are so very proud to be associated with the Doc and his team.

While we may supply the equipment to make the job easier, it is your great wealth of knowledge and crew that make our units sing.

Congratulations and well deserved :banana-rainbow: :banana-rock:

the Doctor wrote:So pleased to announce that we just got notice that we won a few medals at the San Francisco Show... All the spirits were distilled on 5 star stills.

Belle Epoque single malt whiskey... Gold
Dobson's New England Dry Gin... Silver
Sumac Gin... Silver
Pure Vodka... bronze

Australian distilled spirits awards
Sumac gin ... Silver
Dobson's Bitters... Bronze

So a great couple of results, I am so proud of our small team. And thanks to Mac and Mrs Mac, for all the support and great gear.

Fantastic results Doc! I jumped on to your website to see if I could pick up a bottle of the Belle Epoque, but it isn't listed. Is it still to be released or have you already sold out?

Cheers,

B.
