Did another run a few days ago and took cuts as I did last time. This time I aired the jars for 48 hours instead of 24 hours. Wow what a difference. I had a much harder time picking the good from the bad because it all smelt so much better (or my nose was playing up :? ) There seemed to be a huge difference after I filtered it too. It tasted and smelt much much cleaner :D
If any other newbies useing turbo yeasts havnt tried this give it a go!
My first tomatoe wash is racked and settling.....cant wait to run it and get an even better result.
