Just got 500g of yeast from Canada of all places :teasing-tease: same price as any yeast I get from oz :handgestures-thumbupleft: distilamax lm. It's for tequila, grain and fruit. Fermenting temps between 30-35c. Optimum temp is 32c.
Almost ready to try this :happy-partydance:

The Bintani website says they only sell wholesale, business to business. Has anyone purchased from them as a consumer without an ABN?

Yes I have. I bought some antifoam and I think some citric acid. Just tell them you are not a company and ask if you can buy x product :handgestures-thumbupleft:

Yep that's Bintang for ya, an ABN is free as is a business name containing your own name, jus sayin. Back when I was a mod here I did look into setting up an Aussiedistiller COD account for the forum but it looked like undue record keeping for the already busy volunteer admin team so it got shelved.
